Edition 2025 — Festival des Arcs
52nd Edition — July 2025
The Académie-Festival de Musique des Arcs celebrated its 52nd edition from July 12 to 22, 2025. True to its values of freeness and excellence, the festival offered around forty free concerts in the resort of Les Arcs and the villages of Haute-Tarentaise, performed by over 60 internationally renowned artists.
Program
The program combined major works from the chamber music repertoire — sonatas, trios, quartets, quintets — with contemporary creations and concerts for young audiences. Lectures and presentations of works complemented the program, allowing the audience to better appreciate the performed pieces.
Academy
Alongside the concerts, the summer academy hosted young musicians who came to perfect their skills during masterclasses given by the festival's guest artists. A composer in residence presented the world premiere of a work commissioned by the festival.
