The 2025 Aplec del Canigó brought together hundreds of Catalans at the summit of Canigou on June 21st and 22nd for the traditional ascent to the peak and the vigil at the Cortalets refuge.

Aplec del Canigó 2025

The 2025 edition of the Aplec del Canigó took place on June 21st and 22nd, the weekend before Saint-Jean. Delegations from Catalan villages climbed the sacred mountain to deposit their bundles at the foot of the summit cross, perpetuating a tradition alive for 70 years.
