Edition 2025 — Baignade Sauvage
5th Edition: Four Days of Musical Wandering in the Tarn Gorges
The 5th edition of Baignade Sauvage took over the gorges and forests of the Tarn Valley around Ambialet from August 21 to 24, 2025, for four days of out-of-the-ordinary itinerant concerts. This anniversary edition confirmed the uniqueness and strength of the festival in the French experimental music scene.
As with every edition, festival-goers laced up their walking shoes to reach concert venues hidden in the rocks, clearings, and banks of the Tarn on foot. The 2025 program, true to the festival's adventurous artistic direction, featured artists from the experimental and improvised music scene from across Europe, who skillfully utilized the extraordinary natural acoustics of the chosen locations to perform.
Four nights of wild music, far from conventional stages and formatted sounds, in the heart of a breathtakingly beautiful natural landscape. The 5th edition brought together a loyal and curious audience, always ready to follow the festival on its most improbable musical adventures.
