Edition 2025 — BD Boum
The 42nd edition of BD Boum will take place from November 21 to 23, 2025, in Blois, presided over by Dominique Bertail, winner of the Grand Boum 2024. Taiwan is the guest country with an exhibition dedicated to Taiwanese comics. Exhibitions by Vincent Mallié at the Halle aux Grains and a Dominique Bertail retrospective at the Maison de la BD.

BD Boum 2025 - 42nd Edition
The 42nd edition of BD Boum will take place from November 21 to 23, 2025, in Blois, presided over by Dominique Bertail, winner of the Grand Boum - City of Blois Prize 2024.
Taiwan is the guest country for this edition, with a round table on Saturday, November 22, and an exhibition dedicated to the island's comics, organized in partnership with the Taiwan Cultural Center in Paris (from November 4, 2025, to January 10, 2026).
On the program: the artwork of Vincent Mallié at the Halle aux Grains, a major Dominique Bertail retrospective at the Maison de la BD (from November 21, 2025, to March 28, 2026), about ten film screenings, concerts, and numerous signing sessions with the attending authors.
