Edition 2025 — Bixintxo Hendaye
Bixintxo 2025 was held from January 17 to 26 in Hendaye, with the return of Pellot, the tamborrada, Basque pelota games, the omelet contest, concerts including Kalakan en Harmonies, and the traditional funfair at the Gaztelu Zahar fronton.

Bixintxo 2025 in Hendaye
The 2025 edition of Bixintxo animated Hendaye from January 17 to 26. The festivities opened with the spectacular return of Étienne Pellot from the port of Caneta, accompanied by children from the Joncaux school. The potato omelet contest brought together young and old at the Halles de Gaztelu.
The first weekend featured the solemn mass at the Saint-Vincent church, the popular suckling pig meal, and the Sunday mutxiko. The general rehearsal of the tamborrada delighted the city center during the Saturday afternoon pintxo pote.
The second weekend was marked by the prestigious 2-on-2 bare-hand pelota match as part of the Spanish championship, the grand tamborrada parade, and the concert by the Hendaye choir. The concert by Kalakan en Harmonies was one of the musical highlights of this edition.
