Edition 2025 — Borne to Be Alive
The 2025 edition of Borne to Be Alive took place from June 12 to July 30 on the banks of the Borne in Aiguilhe. More than ten visual artists presented an outdoor installation trail, accompanied by a program of live performances at the Pont Tordu: storytelling based on artworks, kamishibaï theater with Cie Louna Vox, contemporary dance with Frédérique Mille from Cie La Ralentie, and the traditional "Printemps de la Borne" picnic.
2025 Edition: June 12 to July 30
The 2025 edition of Borne to Be Alive took over the banks of the Borne in Aiguilhe from June 12 to July 30. More than ten visual artists, accompanied by knitters, created an ephemeral installation trail between the François Martin bridge and the Pinède bridge.
Program of performances at Pont Tordu
- Sunday, June 15 at 3 PM: Storytelling based on artworks with Malo
- Friday, June 20 at 6 PM: Japanese kamishibaï theater with Cie Louna Vox
- Saturday, June 21 at 12 PM: "Printemps de la Borne" picnic
- Saturday, June 21 at 3 PM: Dance on the art trail with Frédérique Mille from Cie La Ralentie
The installations were permanently and freely accessible throughout the event, offering walkers an artistic and poetic experience along the river.
