35th Edition: An Anniversary in the Heart of Prehistory
The 35th edition of the European Championship of Prehistoric Weapons Shooting took place from August 8 to 10, 2025 in Mas-d'Azil. This anniversary edition brought together prehistoric shooting enthusiasts from France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, and Italy for three days of competition and festivities.
The program followed the traditional format: javelin throwing class and communal meal on Friday, prehistoric archery competition on Saturday afternoon, and spear thrower competition on Sunday morning. Educational workshops allowed the younger participants to learn the gestures of prehistory.
