Edition 2025 — Strawberry Festival
The 2025 Strawberry Festival was held on April 12, 2025, in Carpentras, in the heart of the Jean Jaurès avenues. Local producers, the strawberry brotherhood, and regional artisans livened up this gourmet and family day, open to all for free, to celebrate the new season of Comtat Venaissin strawberries.

2025 Edition — The Return of Spring and Comtat Strawberries
On April 12, 2025, Carpentras celebrated its legendary strawberry during a festive and friendly day in the heart of the historic center. The Jean Jaurès avenues transformed into a large gourmet market, punctuated by musical entertainment and generous tastings.
Market gardeners from the Comtat Venaissin presented their first Gariguette and Ciflorette of the season, freshly picked and bathed in spring sunshine. Visitors could buy directly from farmers at producer prices, in the warmth of a true local market.
The Confrérie de la Fraise du Comtat Venaissin livened up the day in traditional costume, with free tastings, festive inductions, and demonstrations of artisanal preparations. Jam and coulis workshops allowed families to learn about strawberry processing, while the younger ones were busy with games and workshops designed for them.
The day brought together residents and visitors from all over the Vaucluse in the good cheer of an authentic village festival, true to the traditions of the Comtat region.
