Edition 2024 — Champagne Day

First edition of Champagne Day in Épernay with a gastronomic evening at the Hôtel de Ville hosted by chefs Philippe Mille and Sébastien Morellon.

Inaugural Edition 2024

On Friday, October 25, 2024, Épernay celebrated the first edition of Champagne Day in the salons of the Hôtel de Ville. Starting at 6:30 PM, chefs Philippe Mille (MOF, Michelin-starred) and Sébastien Morellon hosted an exceptional masterclass pairing haute cuisine with prestigious vintages from the AOC Champagne appellation. Participants tasted eight remarkable wines in a sumptuous setting.

  • Masterclass led by Philippe Mille (MOF) and Sébastien Morellon
  • Tasting of 8 exceptional vintages from the AOC Champagne appellation
