On Sunday, December 14, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Étampes' Place Notre-Dame hosted its annual Christmas market. Local merchants, artisans, and producers offered festive decorations, original gift ideas, and local products from Essonne in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Christmas music accompanied visitors' strolls throughout the day, while Santa Claus visited the children. The exceptional heritage setting of the old town of Étampes and its illuminated monuments provided a magical backdrop for this popular family event. Admission was free for all.
