Chute de Rock 2010 — 7th Edition

The 7th edition of the Chute de Rock festival took place on Saturday, July 31, 2010, at the foot of the village of Saint-Jurs, on the Valensole plateau. The Chute de Rock association, heir to the work initiated five years earlier by the Les Pique Gréuto association, brought the public together in the exceptional setting of this perched village in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence.

The evening began at aperitif time with the frenetic rhythms of Batukapeó, a batucada group from Valensole, which kicked off the festivities with energy and good humor. The rock and contemporary music concerts took over, led by bands from the regional scene, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. As with every edition, admission was free, and a refreshment stand accompanied the festivities.
