Edition 2025 — Ciné-Jeune de l'Aisne
The 43rd edition of the Ciné-Jeune de l'Aisne festival was held from March 7 to April 4, 2025, on the theme "Living Nature." Over 200 screenings, 36 short films in competition from 15 countries, cine-concerts, workshops, and meetings with film professionals in several towns in Aisne.

The 43rd edition of the festival took place from March 7 to April 4, 2025, under the theme "Living Nature," highlighting biodiversity and climate awareness through cinema. Over 200 screenings were scheduled, including more than 80 general audience screenings, in several towns in the department.
The opening night was held on Friday, March 7 at 6:30 PM at the Maison des Arts et Loisirs in Laon, in the form of a cine-concert. The international competition featured 36 short films from 15 countries, judged by an international youth jury (teenagers aged 15 to 18 from France, Germany, and Italy), a professional European ECFA jury, and class-juries from the department who awarded prizes of €300 per age group.
For the first time, the festival extended to Château-Thierry, broadening its territorial reach. Among the highlights: the film The Man Who Planted Trees screened during the closing ceremony. The closing ceremony and awards presentation took place on April 3 at 6:30 PM at the François Mitterrand Cultural Center in Tergnier, followed by a screening of the award-winning short films on April 4.
