4th edition of the City's Youth Festival at Le Fil in Saint-Étienne. The festival opens up to hip-hop with two evenings: a rap night featuring Guizmo La Banquise, Swift Guad, and Non Grata, and a reggae night with Skarra Mucci, Manudigital, and Mighty Klaps. Sound systems and concerts in the city's bars and clubs.
