32nd Edition: Thomas Dutronc and The Kills Ignite Cognac
The 32nd edition of the Cognac Blues Passions festival took place from July 2nd to 5th, 2025. The lineup shone with its diversity, blending gypsy jazz, blues, independent rock, and world music.
Thomas Dutronc opened the festivities with his elegant gypsy swing, while Barbara Hendricks offered a moment of grace on Île Madame in Jarnac. Ibrahim Maalouf, a virtuoso trumpeter, The Kills, an incandescent rock duo, Keziah Jones, the king of blufunk, and Robert Cray, a living legend of the blues, left their mark on this edition.
