The 26th edition of Contes en Balade took place from September 17 to October 12, 2025, across 17 communes in the Tarn. 12 storyteller artists offered 16 shows, including three sessions for toddlers and two narrated walks, bringing storytelling to libraries, village halls, and natural spaces in the department.

26th Edition — Autumn 2025
The 26th edition of Contes en Balade traveled through the Tarn from September 17 to October 12, 2025, bringing the art of storytelling to 17 communes in the department. 12 storyteller artists offered a total of 16 shows, providing a rich and varied program.
Among the offerings, three shows were specially designed for toddlers, introducing the youngest to listening and imagination through adapted stories. Two narrated walks allowed participants to discover the Tarn landscapes through tales blending local legends and universal stories. Libraries, media libraries, and community halls hosted the other performances, creating moments of intergenerational sharing in a warm and intimate atmosphere, true to the festival's spirit for a quarter of a century.
