The 13th edition of the Contes en Maisons festival took place during March 2025 across about thirty municipalities in Seine-et-Marne. Fifteen professional storytellers took over residents' living rooms for intimate storytelling sessions, accompanied by the "Conteurs en Herbe" collective.

13th Edition of Contes en Maisons
The 13th edition of the Contes en Maisons festival continued the adventure of storytelling in people's homes during March 2025. True to its format, the festival offered about twenty sessions in the homes of Seine-et-Marne residents, led by fifteen professional storytellers.
The Conteurs en Herbe collective, trained by the Foyers Ruraux, hosted the opening night and several opening acts. "Off" storytelling events were also scheduled in the department's media libraries, social centers, and nursing homes, broadening access to the festival for all audiences.
