1st Edition of Déclic Écologique — April 9 and 10, 2022
The town of La Chapelle-Saint-Mesmin launched the first edition of its Déclic Écologique festival on April 9 and 10, 2022, at the Espace Béraire. Initially named "Déclic, the weekend of ecological transition," this free event offered a varied program of associative stands, practical workshops, and activities to raise public awareness about environmental issues and daily eco-friendly actions.
Local associations like La Ressource AAA (a resource center specializing in reuse) set up stands to present their activities and encourage residents to adopt more sustainable practices. This first edition laid the groundwork for an event that is set to grow each year.
