Documentary Film Month in Isère 2025 - 26th edition

The 26th edition of the Documentary Film Month took place from November 1st to 30th, 2025 in the libraries and media centers of Isère. True to its mission of introducing creative documentary cinema to the widest possible audience, this edition offered free screenings accompanied by meetings with directors and specialized speakers.

The Departmental Media Library of Isère selected about ten documentary films for this edition, covering various themes: society, environment, history, arts, and sciences. Each film was accompanied by a specialized speaker — director, researcher, or field actor — to enrich the discussions with the public after the screening.

Screenings were held in numerous libraries across the department, from the Alpine valleys to the Grenoble metropolitan area, including North Isère, allowing a wide audience to access quality documentary works for free.
