The 42nd European Heritage Days in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin were held from September 19 to 21, 2025, on the theme of architectural heritage. Ticketing opened on September 9, allowing for the booking of guided tours of the Italian-style theatre, the Hôtel Atlantique, the bourgeois hamlet, and the town hall lounges. Heritage escape games and "Little Curious" tours in Emmanuel Liais Park and at the Vœu Abbey delighted families.
