The 2025 European Heritage Days in Villedieu-les-Poêles were held on September 20th and 21st, featuring a visit to the Cornille Havard foundry for its 160th anniversary, the Maison du Patrimoine Sourdin, and bobbin lace demonstrations.

2025 Edition - September 20th and 21st

The 2025 edition of the Heritage Days in Villedieu-les-Poêles was marked by the 160th anniversary of the Cornille Havard foundry. Visitors had the opportunity to discover the secrets of bell making and ring the carillons installed in the courtyard. The Maison du Patrimoine Sourdin welcomed the public free of charge with exhibitions and demonstrations of bobbin lace. Guided tours highlighted places where rare know-how and ancestral traditions blend with the latest technologies.
