On Friday, August 15, 2025, Neuilly celebrated, as every year, its Wine and Cheese Fair, an unmissable summer event in the Aillantais. From 7 AM, the large flea market and house clearance sale took over the village streets — Rue des Promenades, Rue du Parc, and Route de Villemer — transforming Neuilly into an open-air market where bargain hunters and onlookers could browse dozens of private stalls.

From 10 AM, the gastronomic fair took flight with the setup of about fifteen exhibitors specializing in wines and cheeses: winegrowers from Burgundian appellations (Chablis, Burgundy, Irancy, Vézelay), cheesemakers presenting Époisses, Soumaintrain, Saint-Florentin, and Chaource, as well as local producers offering honey, jams, charcuterie, and specialties from the Yonne. The market of local and regional producers completed this gourmet offering, allowing visitors to assemble a true Burgundian basket.

Children could have fun on the inflatable structures, while animal breed enthusiasts gathered in front of the cages of the poultry exhibition. The Club de l'Amitié and the Association du Patrimoine de Neuilly held their exhibition-sale stands, contributing to the cultural animation of the day. In the late afternoon, at 3:30 PM, a free open-air concert brought festival-goers together for a convivial musical performance, concluding this beautiful summer day with good cheer and village fraternity.
