3rd Edition: The Harp in the Spotlight

For its third edition, Fest'Irlande put the harp in the spotlight from July 4th to 7th, 2025. The festival offered a rich program with concerts, traditional dances, advanced workshops, and numerous free events in the streets of Pleaux.

Among the highlights, the Irish trio Floriane Blancke (harp), Quentin Cooper (mandolin, banjo, guitar), and Brian Fleming (bodhrán, spoons, bones) performed on Saturday, July 5th at 6:30 PM. Irish-Scottish harpist Rachel Hair offered a harp recital in the Pleaux church on Sunday, July 6th at 5:30 PM. A grand Ceili dance closed the festival on Monday, July 7th.

The master classes covered a wide range of disciplines: harp, folk guitar, bodhrán, banjo/mandolin, fiddle, Irish flutes, Ceili and Set Dancing, harmonica, diatonic accordion, singing, and Slow Session. A tribute to musician Cyril O'Donoghue marked this edition.
