The 23rd edition of Festi'BD de Moulins, initially scheduled for March 15 and 16, 2025, at Espace Villars, has been postponed to a later date. The festival was to feature authors for signings, exhibitions, workshops, and the "François Rabeisen" Young Talents competition.

The 23rd edition of Festi'BD de Moulins, initially scheduled for March 15 and 16, 2025, at Espace Villars, has been postponed to a later date. The Viltaïs association and Résidence @nima announced this postponement in February 2025.
The planned program included the presence of numerous comic strip authors for signings, themed exhibitions, introductory drawing workshops, and the "François Rabeisen" Young Talents competition rewarding young illustrators from the Auvergne region. A new date will be announced later.
