Edition 2025 — Festi Val de Mercy

The 2025 edition of Festi Val de Mercy once again brought together three musical evenings in the park of the Château du Val de Mercy in mid-July. Jazz, choral music, and chamber orchestra followed one another in front of the castle facade in the natural amphitheater of ancient oaks, under the stars of the Auxerrois vineyards, with a tasting of estate wines concluding each evening.

2025 Edition — Three Evenings Under the Castle Oaks

Festi Val de Mercy once again took over the park of the Château du Val de Mercy in mid-July 2025 for three musical evenings marked by eclecticism and Burgundian conviviality. In the natural amphitheater formed by the park's ancient oak trees, the festival faithfully kept its promise: to offer, in an intimate and heritage-rich setting, three distinct musical universes to an audience from all over Auxerrois and beyond.

2025 Edition Program

  • Friday, July 18: Opening with jazz, featuring a manouche and swing jazz quartet, in line with the tradition inaugurated in the early editions with Aurore Voilqué. A cozy and festive atmosphere to kick off the festival's three evenings.
  • Saturday, July 19: Choral evening with a chamber vocal ensemble performing a program of sacred and secular polyphony, from the Renaissance to the present day. The voices blended into the natural acoustics of the park for a moment of great beauty.
  • Sunday, July 20: Closing with a chamber orchestra, Les Solistes Français, conducted by Paul Rouger, for a Mozartian and Baroque program acclaimed by the audience. The evening concluded with a tasting of the estate's Chablis and Coulanges wines.

As in previous editions, entry was free for children under fifteen, and tickets were sold on-site starting at noon each day of the festival. The deliberately limited capacity fostered a serene and close atmosphere between the artists and their audience.
