Edition 2025 — Festiv'Azul
11th edition of Festiv'Azul, celebrating "Voices of the World" with three weeks of musical touring in the heart of summer. Eclectic program between lyrical, baroque, and medieval riches, and voices from Africa, Latin America, and the Indian Ocean.
Festiv'Azul 2025 – Voices of the World
For its 11th edition, Festiv'Azul celebrated "Voices of the World" from July 17 to August 8, 2025, offering three weeks of musical touring between Villeneuve-sur-Lot, Pujols, Bias, Monflanquin, and the lake of Cancon.
Program highlights
- July 24: Vivaldi's Four Seasons and opera arias at the Saint-Étienne church of Villeneuve-sur-Lot
- July 26: Free "Heritage in Music" tour with the Pays d'Art et d'Histoire
- July 29: Baroque concert "Music for a while" at the Notre-Dame church of Bias
- July 31: "Augellin" – early music by Les Sacqueboutiers and Opér'Azul at the Chapelle des Pénitents Blancs of Villeneuve-sur-Lot
- August 2: Fanta Sayon Sissoko "Baouba" (Mali) and Bim Bam Sound (reggae) at the Place des Arcades in Monflanquin
- August 5: "Jaume sul camin" – medieval tale in music by Opér'Azul at the church of Cazideroque
