The 19th edition of the Festival 48ème de Rue was held from July 4 to 6, 2025, under the theme "Des Sens dans la Rue !" (Senses in the Street!). Around thirty companies took over the streets of Mende, offering circus, theater, music, dance, and other street arts in both IN and OFF formats.

19th Edition - "Des Sens dans la Rue !"

The Festival 48ème de Rue celebrated its 19th edition from July 4 to 6, 2025, with the theme "Des Sens dans la Rue !" (Senses in the Street!). Approximately thirty companies performed in the streets and squares of Mende, covering various disciplines: circus, theater, music, dance, and other street arts.

The shows were presented in both IN and OFF formats, filling the streets of Mende throughout the weekend. The festival opened on Friday, July 4th, at 8:30 PM with "Le Bal des Oiseaux" (The Birds' Ball) by the Compagnie Sapage, a costumed, immersive, and participatory experience.
