Festival à Vif 2024 — "Battle Chants"
The Festival à Vif 2024 took place from May 21 to 28, 2024, at Le Préau CDN de Normandie in Vire, around the theme "Battle Chants". Each show addressed the songs we carry within us and the battles—difficult and joyful—that we fight with ourselves and with the world, to build ourselves and become who we want to be.
The program offered five shows with varied aesthetics: documentary theater, dance, intimate storytelling, musical stand-up, and a participatory creation. A highlight of the edition, Le Cœur de la Terre by Simon Falguières brought together professional artists, local residents, and teenagers in a collective creation.
