Festival Aspects 2025 — 43rd Edition: Zad Moultaka
The 43rd edition of the Festival Aspects took place from March 11 to 16, 2025, at the Caen Conservatory and Orchestra, as part of the Caen Millennium celebrations. Franco-Lebanese composer Zad Moultaka, a major figure in the contemporary repertoire, was the guest of honor.
During the opening concert "Baal", Zad Moultaka presented the world premiere of Requiem for a Resurrection, an work specially commissioned for the event. The festival offered an in-depth exploration of this composer's work through concerts, meetings, and masterclasses.
