Edition 2025 — Astr'Auvergne

The 6th edition of the Astr'Auvergne Festival will be held from July 17 to 19, 2025, at the Stade Chatrousse in Chamalières. The program includes three prestigious conferences with astronaut Philippe Perrin, astrophysicist Yaël Nazé, and Pic du Midi scientific director Rémi Cabanac, an astronomy school for children, night-time observations, and an AstroQuizz.

6th Edition - July 17 to 19, 2025

The Astr'Auvergne Festival returns for its 6th edition from July 17 to 19, 2025. Three evenings of exceptional conferences will mark this event:

  • Thursday, July 17 at 9:30 PM: Philippe Perrin, French astronaut, on the theme "Going into space, an experience of body and mind"
  • Friday, July 18 at 9:30 PM: Yaël Nazé, astrophysicist at the University of Liège
  • Saturday, July 19 at 9:30 PM: Rémi Cabanac, scientific director of the Pic du Midi Observatory

Every morning from 10 AM to 12 PM, the astronomy school will welcome children aged 4 to 12. The evenings will be punctuated by the AstroQuizz at 7:30 PM, followed by the conferences and night-time telescope observations.

A round table on conspiracy theories in space sciences is scheduled for Saturday at 6 PM.
