Edition 2025 — Bleu Trompette
14th edition of the Festival Bleu Trompette. Four days of completely free open-air jazz in the heart of the medieval village of Montpezat-de-Quercy, with a gastronomic market and activities for the whole family.
14th Edition: Jazz Invades the Bastides of Quercy
From July 23rd to 26th, 2025, the Festival Bleu Trompette illuminated the alleys and squares of Montpezat-de-Quercy for its 14th edition. The village, classified among the Most Beautiful Villages in France, once again transformed into a jazz capital under the stars, welcoming several thousand festival-goers from all over Tarn-et-Garonne and neighboring departments.
The 2025 lineup brought together a fine selection of bands playing jazz and improvised music: traditional jazz combos, a gypsy swing quartet, an electric jazz trio, and a world jazz ensemble for the closing night. Concerts followed each evening from dusk on the main stage set up in the central square, creating a festive and warm atmosphere conducive to encounters and sharing.
The gastronomic market, spread across the village streets throughout the festival, featured about forty local producers and artisans offering the best of the Quercy region: Cahors wines, foie gras and duck confit, sheep cheeses, honeys and artisanal jams, as well as dishes prepared on-site. An invitation to discover the riches of Quercy Blanc in a friendly and musical ambiance.
