Festival Boucan !

4th edition - Saturday, June 7, 2025

The fourth edition of Festival Boucan! took place on Saturday, June 7, 2025, in the city center of Digne-les-Bains. From 3 PM to midnight, spectators enjoyed a rich and varied program, blending street theater, aerial dance, acrobatics, and concerts.

In the afternoon, the courtyard of the Paul Martin school hosted three consecutive shows: a contemporary opera revisiting the Ugly Duckling fairy tale, a poetic aerial dance performance, and an acrobatic show blending contemporary dance and martial arts. The evening continued at the Cours des Arès with a concert of Greek laïko music by the Marseille-based group Deli Teli, followed by an eclectic DJ set by DJ MarKiz. The master of ceremonies Martin-Tinmar ensured smooth transitions throughout the day.

Shows - Courtyard of the Paul Martin school

• 3 PM: "La mare où l'on se mire" - Chiendent Théâtre (50 min) — Contemporary opera revisiting the Ugly Duckling fairy tale
• 4:30 PM: "Hêtre" - Cie Libertivore (25 min) — Aerial dance: a young woman gradually drifts away from the real world
• 5:30 PM: "Outside the Box" - Cie Largade (30 min) — Acrobatic dance blending contemporary and martial arts

Concerts - Cours des Arès

• 8 PM: Deli Teli — Greco-Marseille ensemble reinterpreting forgotten Laïko hits (bongo, bouzouki, Farfisa organ)
• 10 PM: DJ MarKiz — Eclectic mix of kuduro, afrobeat, hip-hop, RnB, and deep house
