Edition 2024 — Cannes Film Festival

The 77th edition of the Cannes Film Festival took place from May 14 to 25, 2024. The Palme d'Or was awarded to "Anora" by Sean Baker, the first Palme d'Or for an American filmmaker since Terrence Malick in 2011. The Grand Prix went to "All We Imagine as Light" by Payal Kapadia, the first Indian film in competition in 30 years.
