Cannes Dance Festival 2025: Dance in Full Swing
From November 22 to December 7, 2025, the Cannes Dance Festival – French Riviera France celebrated contemporary dance in all its diversity. Under the artistic direction of Didier Deschamps, 24 companies from 8 countries took over the Palais des Festivals and partner cultural institutions.
The program featured 50 events: 5 world premieres, 5 French premieres, and 2 Southern France premieres. From neoclassical ballet to the most contemporary forms, including hip-hop and performance, the festival offered a comprehensive panorama of current choreographic creation.
The MOV'IN Cannes program, blending dance and cinema, brought together students and the public for screenings and discussions. Workshops, masterclasses, and backstage encounters completed this rich and open edition.
