The 10th Edition of the Festival de Glanum
The 10th edition of the Festival de Glanum took place from Thursday, July 17 to Saturday, July 19, 2025, at the ancient site of Glanum. For this anniversary, the program offered exceptional musical moments amidst the Roman ruins.
On Thursday, July 17 at 9:30 PM, the festival opened with Tchaikovsky's sublime violin concerto, performed on the Glanum stage in the light of the Provençal twilight. On Saturday, July 19 at 9:30 PM, a clarinet and voice program brought together mezzo-soprano Karine Deshayes, clarinettist Pierre Genisson, and the Orchestre national Avignon-Provence conducted by Debora Waldman.
This 10th edition marked a decade of classical and lyrical music in one of France's most beautiful archaeological sites, confirming the Festival de Glanum as an unmissable event of the Provençal summer music scene.
