Edition 2025 — Festival de la Soupe
19th edition of the Festival de la Soupe on the theme "Under the Coconut Trees". On August 1st and 2nd, 2025, the courtyard of the École des Copains transformed into a tropical paradise with exotic island-flavored soups. Over 800 liters of soup per evening, served unlimited with charcuterie, cheese, dessert, a welcome drink, and musical entertainment. €15 per person, including €1 donated to cancer research. Nearly 80 volunteers mobilized.

19th Edition - "Under the Coconut Trees" - August 1st and 2nd, 2025
For its 19th edition, the Festival de la Soupe took festival-goers "Under the Coconut Trees" on Friday, August 1st, and Saturday, August 2nd, 2025. The courtyard of the École des Copains, decorated in tropical colors with its themed chalets, offered an exotic atmosphere, far from the peaks of Mézenc and Meygal.
Local restaurateurs, associations, and hamlet residents prepared over 800 liters of soup per evening, with exotic flavors and evocative island names: "Tahiti" soup, "Bahamas" soup, "Martinique" soup, "Coconut" soup, and many other island creations. The soups were served unlimited, accompanied by a generous platter of charcuterie and cheese, a dessert, and a welcome drink.
As every year, €1 per ticket was donated to the Haute-Loire committee of the League Against Cancer, confirming the association's commitment to solidarity. Musical entertainment enlivened both evenings, creating a festive and friendly atmosphere under the century-old plane trees.
