The 41st edition of the Festival de l'Épau took place from May 20 to 27, 2025, with Jean-François Zygel as the recurring artist. Thirty musical events were offered: concerts in the abbey church, musical lunches, free musical hours in the monks' dormitory, and master classes.

41st Edition — Jean-François Zygel, Recurring Artist

The 2025 edition of the Festival de l'Épau welcomed Jean-François Zygel as the recurring artist, a master of improvisation and an inspired guide of classical music. Thirty musical events punctuated eight days of the festival.

Highlights

Among the exceptional artists: L'Arpeggiata conducted by Christina Pluhar, the Tchalik Quartet, the Orchestre Étésias founded by Clément Pottier and Romane Belliot, Lucas Debargue, Philippe Cassard, David Grimal, Anne Gastinel, the Orchestre Appassionato conducted by Mathieu Herzog, and the Orchestre de la Garde républicaine.

New Feature

This 41st edition inaugurated the "musical hours" in the monks' dormitory, free daily concerts at 6 PM blending virtuosity, creativity, and transmission.
