Edition 2025 — Asparagus Festival
The 30th edition of the Asparagus Festival was held on May 1st, 2025, in Pontonx-sur-l'Adour. A farmers' market with forty producers, culinary demonstrations, tastings, asparagus field tours by miniature train, a gastronomic meal under the covered arena, musical entertainment with bands and choirs, and the traditional giant asparagus omelet.

30th Edition — May 1st, 2025
The 30th edition of the Asparagus Festival celebrated three decades of passion for white asparagus from Sables des Landes on May 1st, 2025, in Pontonx-sur-l'Adour.
Day's Program
- From 10 am to 6 pm: farmers' market with about forty stands of local producers (Welcome to the Farm label)
- Culinary demonstrations and asparagus tastings
- Guided tours of asparagus fields by miniature train
- Gastronomic meal under the covered arena (by reservation)
- Musical entertainment: bands and choral singing in the streets
- Giant asparagus omelet in the late afternoon
- Activities and games for children
More than 3,000 visitors participated in this anniversary edition.
