The 2025 edition of King Chambertin took place on Thursday, November 13, 2025. New this year: the Ambassadors' Tasting, a blind tasting of Gevrey-Chambertin cuvées from the 2024 vintage. Two ambassadors were intronized and selected their three favorite picks. The Paulée du Roi Chambertin, orchestrated by chef Thomas Collomb of La Rôtisserie du Chambertin, concluded the evening.
