Three days of independent cinema in the heart of the forest
The 2023 edition of the Festival des à-côtés was held from November 10 to 12 in the venues of Lyons-la-Forêt. True to its spirit, the festival offered a curated selection of independent, documentary, and experimental films that had not received theatrical distribution.
The meetings with directors allowed for intimate and engaging exchanges between creators and spectators. The opening coincided with the vernissage of an exhibition by a visual artist, while films made by children as part of the animation workshops conducted throughout the year were screened during the weekend.
