2024 Edition: 25th Anniversary
The 25th edition of the Festival des Bœufs Gras de Pâques took place on March 9 and 10, 2024 in Laguiole. This anniversary edition celebrated a quarter-century of promoting the Aubrac meat sector. Approximately 200 animals with official quality labels were exhibited and sold, in a festive atmosphere with parades, Bœuf au Comptoir, and a chocolate fair.
