Festival des Foins #13: An anniversary edition on the Morvan hill
For its 13th edition, the Festival des Foins returned to Montigny hill in Saint-Germain-des-Champs in June 2025. True to its founding spirit, the festival once again offered two evenings of open-air concerts in the rural and preserved setting of the Parc Naturel Régional du Morvan.
The association La Boîte à Meuh maintained its demanding artistic direction, mixing contemporary music, French chanson, soul, and world music, with particular attention to artists who carry meaning and humanity. As every year, the festival brought together loyal festival-goers and newcomers in a friendly and festive atmosphere, crowned by the mythical hay bale roll event.
This anniversary edition confirmed the Festival des Foins' place as one of Burgundy's most endearing rural cultural events, blending artistic excellence with popular accessibility.
