Edition 2025 — Goudots Gourmands
The 29th edition of the Festival des Goudots Gourmands was held from July 4th to 6th, 2025, on the Cours d'Angoulême and the banks of the Jordanne in Aurillac. Nearly 20,000 visitors participated in the tasting competition of the six emblematic products of the Cantal region and enjoyed the gourmet market and musical entertainment.

29th Edition of Goudots Gourmands
For its 29th edition, the Festival des Goudots Gourmands took over the Cours d'Angoulême and the banks of the Jordanne from Friday, July 4th to Sunday, July 6th, 2025. Organized by the City of Aurillac in partnership with Aurillac Agglo and the Office de Tourisme du Pays d'Aurillac, the event brought together nearly 20,000 visitors around Cantal gastronomy.
The Concours des Goudots Gourmands, the heart of the festival, allowed the public to taste and rate six regional products: gentian, rye bread, dry sausage, country pâté, Cantal AOP, and pounti. The Goudots d'Or, d'Argent, and de Bronze were awarded during the ceremony on Saturday evening.
The gourmet market featured 35 exhibitors offering charcuterie, cheeses, pastries, wines, and regional specialties. A blind tasting workshop with Desprat Saint-Verny was held on Saturday morning. On Sunday, a 6 km family gourmet hike allowed participants to discover Puy Courny and Bois de la Fage.
Musical entertainment set the rhythm for the weekend with Electric Sound, Fanfare Express, La Compagnie des Playbobyl, Quality Street Band, and Les Mobil'Hommes. The Îlot Z'enfants on the riverbanks provided an outdoor play area for the youngest.

Saturday, July 5th, 2025
- 10 AM: Opening of the gourmet market
- 10 AM - 1:30 PM: Concours des Goudots Gourmands (morning session)
- 11 AM - 12 PM: Blind tasting workshop with Desprat Saint-Verny
- 3 PM - 6 PM: Concours des Goudots Gourmands (afternoon session)
- 8 PM: Award ceremony - Goudots d'Or, d'Argent, and de Bronze
- Evening: Concerts with Quality Street Band, La Compagnie des Playbobyl, and Les Mobil'Hommes
- Market open until 1 AM
Sunday, July 6th, 2025
- 9:30 AM: Coffee reception for the gourmet hike
- 10 AM: Start of the family hike (6 km, +180 m) - Puy Courny and Bois de la Fage, gourmet aperitif offered upon arrival
- 10 AM - 4 PM: Gourmet market
