The 23rd edition of the Festival des Saveurs took place from September 4 to 7, 2025, at the Parc du Casino in Ax-les-Thermes. More than 70 exhibitors, artisans, and producers were gathered for this edition. Culinary animations, citizen debates, concerts, creative workshops, and family shows punctuated the four days of festivities.

Festival des Saveurs 2025: 23rd Edition
From September 4 to 7, 2025, Ax-les-Thermes hosted the 23rd edition of the Festival des Saveurs. More than 70 exhibitors, artisans, and producers took over the Parc du Casino to offer the best of Pyrenean gastronomy and beyond.
The program combined culinary workshops, citizen debates on sustainable food, concerts, and shows for the whole family. The producers' market, open from Friday to Sunday, offered visitors the opportunity to discover and taste exceptional products in an enchanting setting.
