3rd Edition: An Unmissable Event
For its third edition, the Festival du Vinaigre d'Orléans returned to the Campo Santo from June 6 to 8, 2025, confirming its status as an unmissable annual event in Orléans' gastronomic calendar. True to its proven format — a three-day weekend combining culinary discoveries, festive activities, and heritage — the festival continued its growth after the success of the second edition.
Visitors rediscovered the highlights that define the festival: the regional producers' market, culinary masterclasses, the regional final of the world egg mayonnaise championship, musical evenings, and the traditional gala dinner with an auction of vintage vinegars. New ambassador chefs joined the adventure to create the signature vinegars of the year, perpetuating this unique tradition of collaboration between haute cuisine and vinegar-making expertise.
