Edition 2025 — En Vie Urbaine
The 17th edition of Festival En Vie Urbaine took over Place Louis Jouvet and the public spaces of Niort from August 12 to 16, 2025. With a festive pre-opening at Les Halles on Tuesday and a 100% hip-hop Thursday, the festival offered four days of completely free concerts, battles, graffiti workshops, and street performances.

17th Edition — August 2025
Festival En Vie Urbaine returned for its 17th edition from August 12 to 16, 2025, with a dense and generous program. The pre-festival on Tuesday, August 12, at Les Halles de Niort kicked off the festivities with a jam session and an open mic bringing together established artists and emerging talents from the local scene.
Musical Lineup
Thursday, August 14, offered a 100% hip-hop evening at Place Louis Jouvet. Friday, August 15, and Saturday, August 16, hosted the headliners, notably Médine, a major figure of engaged French rap, Arsenik, a legendary duo of Francophone hip-hop, and Chilla, a rapper and singer with incisive flow. Omar Paco, Phenom, Flo Red, Tinaa, and Jeune Mort completed an eclectic lineup mixing conscious rap, trap, and new-generation hip-hop.
Beyond the Concerts
The local collective LS79 represented the Niort scene. The companies Cie E.go and Cirque en Scène presented urban dance and circus performances. Graffiti initiation workshops, association stands, and a blind test animated the afternoons.
