15th Edition: The Golden Gate Quartet Celebrates its 90th Birthday in Pays de Bray
The 15th edition of the Festival Gospel en Bray took place from November 14 to December 1, 2024, between Forges-les-Eaux and Gournay-en-Bray. A highlight of this historic edition, The Golden Gate Quartet, a living legend of gospel and spiritual music, celebrated its 90th anniversary at the Espace de Forges on November 29, offering an exceptional concert to the audience of Bray.
Emmanuel Pi Djob, a Cameroonian singer based in France and a key figure in contemporary gospel, Max Zita, a charismatic gospel man, and organist Rhoda Scott completed a prestigious lineup. The festival also featured masterclasses, conferences on the history of gospel, and thematic exhibitions.
