4th Edition: From Gypsy Jazz to African Music
The 4th edition of the Festival International Guitares à Pleaux took place from July 17 to 20, 2025, at the Salle du Temps Libre. The festival offered a rich and eclectic program with 8 concerts, 3 masterclasses, and 2 workshops (songwriting and guitar accompaniment).
The festival opened on Thursday evening with a concert for young audiences 'Histoire bateau' (ages 3+) followed by the official opening reception and a gypsy jazz evening with Les Dingos de Reinhardt and Vasta Project. On Friday, a gypsy jazz masterclass led by Yann DaPozzo preceded a rock concert by the band Foolbazard and a jazz concert by the JB Hardy trio. Saturday was dedicated to a masterclass on guitar recording techniques by Bossman Franck, a showcase of the work of workshop participants, and a dance evening of African music with the group Sabaly. On Sunday, classical guitarist Adrien Delamarre led a masterclass before a classical concert highlighting a young talent.
Luthier exhibitions in the hall and an Off Festival open to all guitarists on the village square completed the program. Students from the music school performed as opening acts for Friday's concerts.

Exhibitions: Luthiers in the hall of Salle du Temps Libre. Off Festival every morning on the village square.
