Edition 2025 — Land Art Buthiers

The 8th edition of the Festival Land Art de Buthiers took place from June 6 to 8, 2025, with the theme ILLUSION. Nine visual artists—Bob Budd, Pascal Giudicelli, Sally Ducrow, Philippe Bercet, Valérie Defrain, Dany Lof, Philippe Cusse, Colette and Yannick Bacro—took over the forest and village to create works playing with materials, shapes, and perspectives to confuse the senses and awaken curiosity.

8th edition — Theme: ILLUSION

From June 6 to 8, 2025, the Festival Land Art de Buthiers presented its 8th edition around the theme of ILLUSION. Nine visual artists—professionals and amateurs from land art, environmental art, sculpture, and landscape—took over the natural site of the Buthiers forest to create works playing with materials, shapes, and perspectives.

The selected artists were Bob Budd, Pascal Giudicelli, Sally Ducrow, Philippe Bercet, Valérie Defrain, Dany Lof, Philippe Cusse, Colette and Yannick Bacro.

On Friday, June 6, from 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM, a sound and light night walk allowed visitors to discover the works under magical lighting. The weekend offered live performances, concerts, and creative workshops with free admission.
