Festival Magic Bus

24th Edition - A Traveling Tour Rich in Discoveries

For its 24th edition, the Festival Magic Bus adopted a traveling format, taking over several emblematic venues in Grenoble and its surrounding area from April 10 to 19, 2025. This formula allowed for varied atmospheres and intimate settings, fostering proximity between artists and the audience.

The program highlighted the diversity of current music, from punk rock to world music, including rap and electro. Among the highlights, the concert by Gnawa Diffusion at La Belle Électrique brought together fans of committed music around Amazigh Kateb and his unique blend of rap, reggae, jazz, and rai. Hippocampe Fou, a solo artist mixing rap and storytelling, closed the festival at the Centre culturel L'Ilyade in Seyssinet-Pariset in a memorable atmosphere.

The festival also showcased emerging artists from the local scene: Megadef opened the festivities at La Bifurk with their energetic punk rock, while Balla Bangoura, an artist of Guinean origin, enchanted the audience at L'Ampérage with his fusion of traditional kora and contemporary sounds. Nathalie Froehlich, a techno percussion rapper, delivered an explosive set mixing breakbeat, bass, and hip-hop. Leonino, with his fusion of pop and rap oriented towards dance and poetry, completed a program resolutely focused on discovery.

This edition confirmed the Festival Magic Bus's ability to reveal new talents while presenting concerts by established artists, true to its mission of showcasing artistic diversity and emergence.
