Edition 2025 — Medieval of Entrechaux
The Medieval Festival of Entrechaux was held on July 5th and 6th, 2025, under the ruins of the 11th-century medieval castle. A market of costumed artisans, equestrian jousts, knight combats, falconry, children's entertainment, and troubadour parades enlivened two free festive days in the heart of the Pays du Ventoux.

2025 Edition — The Middle Ages Invades the Castle Ruins
On July 5th and 6th, 2025, the village of Entrechaux transformed into a medieval town for a festive and historical weekend. Under the benevolent gaze of the ruins of its 11th-century castle, the village welcomed reenactors, artisans, musicians, and families for two days of immersion in the Middle Ages.
From the opening of the medieval market on Saturday morning, the village alleys filled with artisans in period costume: blacksmiths hammering iron, weavers at their wheels, illuminators at work, herbalists distilling their aromatic plants. The medieval market brought together about thirty exhibitors from all over Provence, offering handmade creations, jewelry, fabrics, and medieval-inspired gastronomic products.
The afternoon was dominated by equestrian jousts, held on the grounds set up as a tournament arena facing the castle. Knights in full armor competed in lance passes, commented by a passionate herald-at-arms. The sword fights and falconry demonstrations enthralled the audience, while children's workshops — archery, coin striking, illumination — kept the younger ones joyfully engaged. Saturday evening concluded with a torchlight show under the illuminated castle ruins, a memorable moment of medieval magic.
